2015 Opel Corsa OPC Line Showcased

2015 Opel Corsa OPC Line Front

Opel’s widely critiqued 2015 Corsa hatchback was accused of looking too familiar to previous models, but the addition of the OPC line seems to bring about better visual changes.

Corsa OPC line changes

The Corsa OPC Line adds a range of styling changes including a new lower lip spoiler at the front, longer side skirts and a tailgate-mounted spoiler, along with black accents and a chrome finished exhaust tip.

Adding more of a sporty look are gloss black alloy wheels, while on the inside, the model gains a flat-bottomed steering wheel, leather-wrapped gear knob and alloy pedals. Further trim changes include red highlights and black dash accents.

Engine line-up

As standard, the Corsa range is powered by a range of engines including a new 1.0-litre turbocharged three-cylinder petrol unit available in either 66 kW or 84 kW guise with torque of 170 Nm; a turbocharged 1.4-litre petrol engine delivering 73 kW and 200 Nm of torque; two naturally aspirated four-cylinder engines – a 1.2-litre with 51 kW and a 1.4-litre with 66 kW. There’s also a 1.3-litre CDTi diesel with outputs of 55 kW and 70 kW.
