Theo Calitz is a mechanical engineer and businessman who has worked on water schemes, spy satellites, food factories, but even better, for an automotive company. A former national after-sales manager for BMW, Theo founded his own firm to provide services to the motor industry, but sold it to pursue his interests as a motoring enthusiast ˗˗ and write about them. Perhaps he should have been a motoring journalist all along… He’s been to the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the Monza GP and the Frankfurt Show, attended a hybrid technology conference in Stuttgart (where he visited the Mercedes and Porsche museums), saw the Remac supercar factory in Zagreb and, most recently, did a week-long tour in a Tesla through Croatia.
