How do I know if the car is still available?
Please contact the seller of the vehicle by completing the “Contact the Dealer” form displayed to the right of the vehicle on the vehicle page.
Is Finance available?
Please contact the seller of the vehicle by completing the “Contact the Dealer” form displayed to the right of the vehicle on the vehicle page.
Do you accept trade-ins?
Unfortunately not, however, our Match! product can assist you with selling your car to dealers.

Where is the dealer located?
Please visit our car dealers page in order to search for dealer locations.
How do I know if a dealership is legitimate?
All dealers and sellers have been vetted by our team, however, if you are unsure about something please email info@cars.co.za with your concerns and we will then assist you further.
Where do I find the dealer’s contact number?
Please complete the “Contact the Dealer” form displayed to the right of the vehicle on the vehicle page. Based on successful submission, you will receive an email that contains the dealers number to contact them directly; at this point they would have received your contact details as well.
How do I see more pictures of the vehicle?
Please contact the dealership for further images and information with regard to the vehicle you are interested in.

How do I change our details for our dealership?
Please email your rep with the changes you would like to make and they will assist you further.

Private Sellers

How do I know when my ad has been activated?
You will receive an email to notify you that your ad has been approved and activated on our site.
How long does it take for my ad to be loaded?
Once your payment is successful, please allow for up to two hours for your ad to go live (during office hours).
How do I edit my ad?
Please send all changes to ad@cars.co.za and our team will make the required changes for you.
Where can I change the order of my photos?
During the upload process, you are able to drag the photos in to your desired order. We suggest that the first photo is of the front view of your car. If you would like them reordered once you have submitted your ad, please email ad@cars.co.za with the changes you would like to make and we will update your ad accordingly.
How can I check how many views my ad has had?
This feature is currently not available, but we are in the process of making this update.
How do I remove my listing?
Please refer back to your activation email, there is an option to remove your listing on that email. Alternatively, please email ad@cars.co.za with your reference number and request for your ad to be removed and we will remove it for you.
